I'm Back

Trying to get back in the swing of things! Thought I'd revive my blogging days by beginning with one day at a time......so here goes!

The market has been strange for the past couple of weeks! With all the incentives offered to buyers now it's hard to believe there are still some people sitting on the fence. Have a buyer that locked in at 4.78 interest rate a couple of weeks ago...will close on Feb. 26 and qualify for a repeat buyer tax incentive of $6000.00! What's there to think about????

I'm going to chalk it up to the bad weather we have had during the month of January and most of February...but sunny days are ahead! Let's get moving people...there really is no better time to buy!
